1. Service
Casino API Provider supplies a casino aggregator API, unified wallet, sportsbook feed and administrative dashboards to licensed iGaming operators. The service is delivered as a hosted SaaS with a signed commercial agreement per operator.
2. Eligibility & licensing
You represent that you hold a valid gaming licence for every jurisdiction in which you operate, and that you will not use the service in restricted markets (including the United States except where explicitly agreed, and any market on the operator's licence's blocked list).
3. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for keeping API keys, secrets and 2FA credentials confidential. Suspected key compromise must be reported within 24 hours.
4. Acceptable use
No offering to prohibited players, no bypassing responsible-gaming controls, no reverse engineering of the API, no reselling access without written consent.
5. Fees
Fees are defined in your order form. Overage is billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of API keys after 15 days written notice.
6. Service level
We target 99.9% monthly availability on production API endpoints, measured excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA with credits.
7. Data & confidentiality
Each party will treat non-public information of the other as confidential. We process player data as processor on the operator's behalf; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" beyond the express warranties in the commercial agreement. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days written notice. On termination, API keys are revoked and player data is exported or deleted per the operator's instruction and applicable law.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Valletta unless the commercial agreement states otherwise.
